As olive bars shuttered during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mediterranean foods importer Divina, which generates about half of its sales from the olive bar business, scrambled to develop shelf-stable pouches to replace bulk olive displays. The result: the company has managed to recoup most of its revenue.
