Facing $9.9B Bill, Europe’s Airlines Object To E.C. Decision On Refunds

Europe’s airlines, which will owe passengers up to $9.9 billion (€9.2 billion) in cash reimbursements by the end of May, have decried the European Commission’s decision on passenger right protection regulations governing refunds as “confusing both for airlines and their passengers.”
