The EU may relax its border closures with a “COVID-19 Passport”, allowing Europeans to take summer vacations on the continent. Targeting tourism industry recovery, it does not mean Europe vacations for non-EU nationals, for whom a travel ban is still firmly in place–and may be for weeks even months.
