2019 has been a historic year for federal cannabis reform, and it may get even better. Last week, Sen. Mike Crapo (R-ID) voiced his support for providing banking access to the cannabis industry. As chair of the Senate Banking Committee, he could be the key to advancing the SAFE Banking Act.
